All of our products are "custom made" meaning they are made-to-order specifically for you and not stocked in a warehouse. Because of this, they are near impossible to re-sell. This is why we offer Free Color Swatches so you can color match your vehicles interior.
We strongly urge you to make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order. Not comfortable placing your order online, call us and we'll take your order over the phone to ensure you receive the correct item.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your item(s), you may return them within 30 days of receipt of your order.
ALL RETURNS require a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All packages without this number written on the outside of the shipping package will be returned to the buyer. To obtain a RMA number, please call us at 888-360-6068 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All returned items must be in the same new condition, and must include original packaging and paperwork. Orders returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. All items are to be returned at the buyer's expense and original shipping charges are not refundable.
DO NOT RETURN THE MATS TO THE PLANT!! IF YOU RETURN THEM TO THE PLANT YOU COULD FORFEIT YOUR REFUND ENTIRELY OR ONLY RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND!!
We do suggest that you return the mats through a system that offers a tracking number, so you have a way to track that your mats made it back to our office. We are not responsible for lost packages.
